BMW из ткани
Часто концепт-кары удивляют нас какими-то неземными формами и возможностями, но компания BMW в данном случае сумела перещеголять в оригинальности всех своих конкурентов. Дизайнеры создали автомобиль, меняющий очертания корпуса. Вместо стали, алюминия или углепластика в модели GINA
используется специальная водонепроницаемая гибкая ткань, натянутая на
железный каркас. Благодаря уникальной конструкции, машина может на лету
«менять кузов». На фотографиях это не очень хорошо видно, поэтому лучше
посмотрите видео. Выглядит просто невероятно. Машина «открывает глаза»,
сама формирует свои линии и пр. В
производство эта вещь не пойдёт, а сразу отправится в музей BMW,
расположенный в Мюнхене. Впрочем, разработчики и не старались создать
практичную вещь. Вместо этого, они хотели отказаться от существующей
концепции и пойти в новом направлении. Пройдёт ещё немало лет, прежде
чем люди всерьёз согласятся ездить в таких «бумажных автомобилях». Нам
бы очень хотелось дожить до того удивительного времени.
